巨噬细胞与周围已转化的和未转化的淋巴细胞的堆积团称为免疫岛。观察了120例患者的胸腹液涂片,发现52例(43.3%)患者的胸腹液中存在免疫岛。在14例结核性胸腹液中II例查见免疫岛,每份涂片面积(2.0cm×2.5cm)平均免疫岛数59.6±12.8个。在60例恶性胸腹液中,29例(48%)查见免疫岛,每份涂片面积(2.0cm×2.5cm)平均免疫岛数39.2±18.9个。引起免疫岛的可能机制是病原微生物、肿瘤抗原等异物刺激机体免疫反应的结果。
Clusters of macrophages with surrounding transformed and untransformed lymphocytes are called immune islands. Thoracoabdominal fluid smears were observed in 120 patients and found that there were immune islands in the pleural and / or abdominal fluid of 52 patients (43.3%).
