本文报告17例主肺动脉隔缺损的临床经验。女9例,男8例。确诊时的年龄为12天至35岁。其中11例由心插管或心血管造影检查确诊,3例在手术时确诊,另3例婴儿在尸检时确诊。17例中9例合并其它心血管畸形,包括主动脉弓中断2例、法乐氏四联症2例、室间隔缺损2例、动脉导管未闭2例、动脉导管未闭及房间隔缺损1例。
This article reports 17 cases of primary pulmonary septal defect clinical experience. 9 females, 8 males. The age at diagnosis is 12 days to 35 years. Of these, 11 were diagnosed by cardiac catheterization or cardiovascular angiography, 3 were diagnosed at the time of surgery, and the other 3 infants were diagnosed at necropsy. Among the 17 cases, 9 cases had other cardiovascular malformations, including 2 cases of aortic arch interruption, 2 cases of Tetralogy of Fallot, 2 cases of ventricular septal defect, 2 cases of patent ductus arteriosus, 1 patent ductus arteriosus and 1 case of atrial septal defect.
