目的:优化染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺,并对其性质进行考察。方法:用溶液搅拌法制备染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物,采用星点设计-效应面法确定最佳工艺条件。运用相溶解度法考察在不同温度条件下磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对染料木素的增溶作用。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、红外光谱法(IR)对包合物进行验证。结果:染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺条件为:染料木素与磺丁基醚-β-环糊精的投料比为1∶5,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3.5 h。结论:成功制备染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物,显著提高了染料木素的溶解度。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the preparation process of the inclusion compound of genistein-β-cyclodextrin and investigate its properties. Methods: The inclusion complex of genistein sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin was prepared by solution stirring method. The optimal design conditions were determined by the method of star point design-response surface. Solubilization of genistein with β -cyclodextrin at different temperatures was investigated by phase-solubility method. The inclusion complex was verified by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). Results: The optimum conditions for the inclusion of genistein-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were as follows: the ratio of genistein and sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin was 1: 5, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time is 3.5 h. Conclusion: The preparation of genistein-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex has been successfully carried out, which has significantly improved the solubility of genistein.
