从病理生理角度出发目前尚无根治高血压的降压药物。降压剂仅是降低高血压状态,减少或预防发生合并症的对症疗法。常用的药物有利尿降压剂(表1)、血管扩张剂(表2)、交感神经阻抑剂(表3)。高血压病的类型及病情很复杂,各类降压药物的作用部位及作用机理也各异;虽这些正在阐明中,但尚有许多不明之处。临床上如何按目的达到降压的要求乃是一重要课题。本文仅从参与升压的种种因素以及对血液动力学的影响等点出发,就如何合理选择降压药物问题,加以论述。
From the pathophysiological point of view there is no cure for hypertension antihypertensive drugs. Antihypertensive agents only reduce the state of hypertension, reduce or prevent the occurrence of complications of symptomatic therapy. Commonly used drugs are diuretic antihypertensive agents (Table 1), vasodilators (Table 2), sympathetic inhibitory agents (Table 3). The type and condition of Hypertension are complex and the site of action and mechanism of action of various antihypertensive drugs are also different; although these are being elucidated, there are many ambiguities. How to achieve the goal of blood pressure reduction in clinical practice is an important issue. This article only from the various factors involved in the pressure and the impact on hemodynamics and other points of departure, on how to choose a reasonable antihypertensive drugs, to be discussed.
