氯丙嗪(CPZ)作为抗精神病首选药物,目前已广泛应用于临床。为了监测 CPZ用药剂量与血药浓度、疗效、毒副作用之间的关系,国内外曾先后报道过多种 CPZ 的体液分析法。其中放射免疫分析法(RIA)于70年代中期由 Kawashina ShostakMidha 等先后建立。国内于1985年由李霄凌等建立,但其采用的是双抗体分离法,该法缺点是需要第二次温育。有鉴于此,本文作者参考 Midha 的分析法并根据本室现有条件采用 DCC 分离法。以使分离过程达到简便快速目的;在测量方法上我们采用国产塑料指头管,其结果与常规闪烁杯测量法一致。现将我们的实验方法和结果报道如下。
Chlorpromazine (CPZ) as antipsychotic drug of choice, has been widely used in clinical. In order to monitor the relationship between CPZ dose and plasma concentration, efficacy and toxic side effects, many body fluid analysis methods of CPZ have been reported at home and abroad. Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was established by Kawashina Shostak Midha and others in the mid-1970s. Domestic in 1985 by Li Xiao Ling, etc. established, but its use of double antibody separation method, the disadvantage of this method is the need for a second incubation. In view of this, the author of the article refers to Midha’s analysis method and adopts DCC separation method according to the existing conditions in this room. So that the separation process to achieve a simple and quick purpose; in the measurement method we use domestic plastic finger tube, the results consistent with the conventional scintillation cup measurement method. Now our experimental methods and results reported below.
