北京市海淀区太平路44号,中国新兴建设开发总公司(以下简称中新建总)总部所在地。阳光照在一栋栋略显陈旧的红砖楼房上,镀上了一层安详而温暖的金色。如果不是巨大的“中国新兴建设开发总公司”的镀金大字提醒你,你会以为她是北京的某一座老旧小区。在中新建总办公楼二层简朴的办公室里,我们采访的对象,中新建总的党委书记刘彪,这位1955年出生的山西老兵笑脸相迎。
