当前,探索高等学校农学专业人文精神的培养机制,对于加快推进我国高等教育改革,促进创新型人才的培养具有重要的理论和现实意义。单纯的专业教育模式已经不能适应当今社会发展的需要,已经到了寻求人文精神回归的时候。基于此,立足于高等学校农学专业课堂教学实际,分析了人文精神的内涵及其理论基础,并针对我国高等学校农学专业中的人文精神培养现状,从时代、学校及学生全面发展的角度,明确了完善高等学校农学专业中的人文精神培养机制的必要性,指出了当前高等学校农学专业的人文精神培养中存在的主要问题,并给出了相关的对策及建议。
At present, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the cultivation mechanism of humanism in agronomy of institutions of higher learning in order to accelerate the reform of our higher education and promote the cultivation of innovative talents. Pure professional education model can no longer meet the needs of today’s social development, has come to seek the return of the humanistic spirit of the time. Based on this, based on the actual teaching of agronomy in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of humanistic spirit. In view of the humanistic spirit of agronomy in higher education in our country, this paper analyzes the current situation from the angle of all-round development of times, schools and students The necessity of perfecting the humane spirit cultivation mechanism in agronomy of colleges and universities is pointed out. The main problems existing in cultivating the humane spirit of agronomy in colleges and universities are pointed out. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are also given.
