探讨鱿鱼墨黑色素对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗氧化功能的影响。昆明小鼠60只,随机分为正常、模型、肌肽(40mg·kg-1·d-1)及鱿鱼墨黑色素低、中、高(25、50、100mg·kg-1·d-1)剂量组。以颈背部注射D-半乳糖(1000mg·kg-1·d-1)造衰老模型,同时灌胃给药。结果显示,模型组小鼠血清及肝脏中总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及皮肤中羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量较正常组显著下降,丙二醛(MDA)及脑脂褐质(LIP)含量显著上升。与模型组比较,鱿鱼墨黑色素各剂量组小鼠上述指标显著改善。提示鱿鱼墨黑色素显著的抗氧化、抗衰老功能。
To investigate the effects of squid ink melanin on anti-oxidative function in aging mice induced by D-galactose. Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal, model, carnosine (40 mg · kg-1 · d-1) and squid ink melanin at low, middle and high dose (25, 50 and 100 mg · kg-1 · d-1) group. The model of aging was established by injecting D-galactose (1000mg · kg-1 · d-1) on the back of the neck and intragastric administration. The results showed that the activity of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and the content of hydroxyproline (HYP) in the serum of the model group were significantly higher than those of the normal group Decreased, malondialdehyde (MDA) and cerebral lipofuscin (LIP) content increased significantly. Compared with the model group, the squid ink melanin dose of each group of mice significantly improved. Tips squid ink melanin significant anti-oxidation, anti-aging function.
