针对飞机数字化制造中三维装配大纲编制过程繁琐、信息提取困难、容易出错等问题,采用知识工程的理念和智能检索技术,研究了在MBD技术应用背景下快速构建三维AO的方法。对三维AO编制过程中快速获取MBD模型中工程信息的方法以及对制造资源、工艺知识库的快速引用方法做了深入研究,并在此基础上开发了AO快速构建平台,实现了三维AO的快速构建。
Aiming at the problems of complicated assembly process of 3D assembly outline, difficulty of information extraction and error-prone in aircraft digital manufacturing, this paper studied the method of rapidly building 3D AO in the background of MBD technology by adopting the concept of knowledge engineering and intelligent retrieval technology. The method of quickly obtaining the engineering information in the MBD model and the method of quickly quoting the manufacturing resource and the process knowledge base are deeply studied in the process of 3D AO compilation. On the basis of this, the AO rapid construction platform is developed and the 3D AO fast Construct.
