从情商内涵和基本特点出发,结合心理品质的“知、情、意、行”等要素,从人的情商的对外和对内两个基本方面,阐述孔子的德行伦理思想对培养情商的启示意义。对外,孔子的德行伦理思想提供了高情商的标准和建设要领;对内,孔子的内省外察、安仁乐道、立志于道等观点为个体建立和培养高的情商指明了道路。
Starting from the connotation and basic characteristics of emotional intelligence and combining with the psychological, psychological, cognitive, emotional, behavioral and other elements, this article elaborates the implications of Confucian moral education on the cultivation of emotional intelligence from the perspective of both the external and internal aspects of human emotional intelligence . Externally, Confucius’ ethics of virtue provides the criteria and construction essentials of high emotional intelligence. The internal and external introspection of Confucius, Anren’s determination and determined will point the way for individual to establish and cultivate high emotional intelligence.
