当前,母子公司知识转移成为学者和业界人士关注的热点,而从控制视角展开的研究还存在一些不足。鉴于此,落脚于母公司向子公司的知识转移,在将控制机制分成正式控制和非正式控制,并分别选择股权控制和契约控制以及信任控制和文化控制的基础上,文章采用系统动力学的方法,考察了控制机制对母子公司知识转移的影响。依据所构建的系统动力学模型,运用Vensim PLE软件进行了仿真和灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,正式控制和非正式控制均有利于母公司向子公司的知识转移,且二者存在互补效应。研究结果可以为企业选择合适的控制机制,促进母公司向子公司的知识转移提供建议。
At present, the transfer of knowledge between mother and subsidiary companies has become a hot spot for scholars and practitioners, and there are still some deficiencies in the research from the perspective of control. In view of this, based on the transfer of knowledge from the parent company to the subsidiary, based on dividing the control mechanism into the formal control and the informal control and selecting the stock control and the contract control as well as the credit control and the cultural control respectively, the article uses the system dynamics Method, examines the impact of control mechanisms on mother-subsidiary knowledge transfer. Based on the constructed system dynamics model, Vensim PLE software was used for simulation and sensitivity analysis. The results show that both formal control and informal control are beneficial to the parent company’s knowledge transfer to the subsidiaries, and the two have complementary effects. The research results can provide suggestions for enterprises to choose the appropriate control mechanism and promote the transfer of knowledge from the parent company to the subsidiaries.
