金属离子在生物、医药和技术应用等方面都有很重要的作用。金属离子水分子团簇的研究对于理解离子溶剂化现象非常关键,对生物环境中离子的水合性质具有重要意义。本文对六水金属络合物的结构稳定性以及自由能与解离常数的关系、水溶液中几种碱金属离子的配位数、几种二价金属离子配位结构进行了介绍,对各种理论和实验结果进行了对比,表明了各种金属离子水合物稳定结构的研究结果因所采用的理论不同而有所差异,并对未来的探索进行了展望。
Metal ions in biology, medicine and technology applications have a very important role. The study of metal ion water molecule clusters is very important for understanding the phenomenon of ionic solvation and is of great significance to the hydration properties of ions in the biological environment. In this paper, the structural stability and the relationship between free energy and dissociation constant of hexahydrate metal complexes, coordination number of several alkali metal ions in aqueous solution and several divalent metal ion coordination structures were introduced. The comparison between the theoretical and experimental results shows that the results of the studies on the stable structures of various metal ion hydrates are different according to the theories adopted and the future exploration is prospected.
