产业技术路线图作为一种技术集成与战略规划管理工具,在欧美等发达国家已被广泛应用于多个领域。介绍了美国和加拿大铝工业技术路线图制定的方法论及主要内容;探讨了美国和加拿大的铝工业发展的战略目标、技术壁垒、研发需求和实施的策略,以期为我国铝工业发展的战略规划起到一定的借鉴作用。
As a technology integration and strategic planning management tool, the industrial technology roadmap has been widely used in many fields in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. The methodology and main contents of formulating the technical roadmap of aluminum industry in the United States and Canada are introduced. The strategic objectives, technical barriers, research and development needs and strategies for the development of the aluminum industry in the United States and Canada are discussed in the hope of serving the strategic planning for the development of China’s aluminum industry To a certain extent, for reference.
