政府规模是行政改革中重要的理论和实践问题。政府规模与一个国家的经济增长、行政管理效率和社会稳定密切相关,扩张是政府规模发展演变的总趋势。把政府规模控制在适度的范围内,始终是各国行政改革追求的目标。从我国政府规模现状、政府规模扩张的必然性以及政府适度规模的静态和动态去研究当前市场经济环境下的适度政府规模。政府规模的合理,是现代化政府的必要条件,对于应对当前风云变幻的复杂环境有着重要的现实意义。
The size of government is an important theoretical and practical issue in administrative reform. The size of a government is closely related to the economic growth, administrative efficiency and social stability of a country. Expansion is the general trend of the development and evolution of the government scale. Controlling the size of the government within a reasonable range has always been the goal pursued by various administrative reforms. From the current situation of the scale of our government, the inevitability of the expansion of the government scale and the static and dynamic government scale, we should study the appropriate government scale in the current market economy. The reasonable size of the government is a necessary condition for the modernization of the government and has an important practical significance for coping with the current complex environment.
