在ＭＣＨＭＩＳ工作中，年报数据质量仍是困扰妇幼卫生系统各级管理者的重要问题之一，对妇幼卫生年报数据质量问题产生的地点和原因进行分析，并在妇幼卫生系统可做到的范畴内，从ＭＣＨＭＩＳ中国家级、省级的管理模式进行探讨，并提出了提高年报数据质量的措施
