随着经济的迅速发展，我国的企业蓬勃崛起，既是时代的需求，又是社会的需要。每个企业中，企业的人事政工干部对于一个企业的作用都是巨大的，企业人事政工干部的管理工作的好坏决定着企业事业的发展，没有优秀的企业人事政工干部就没有先进的企业。因此培育企业人事政工干部的管理工作能力有着重大的意义。
