前些年,我们的体育教师队伍由于历史的原因,出现了业务水平参差不齐的现象,个别教师的业务能力还很单一,很难适应不断发展的体育教育的需要。我们针对这一矛盾,决定把提高在职教师的业务水平作为一项重要工作来抓。因此,我们利用每周的教研活动和学期末停课的时间,采用集体进修的业务学习方式,对教学大纲规定的教材内容进行了系统的理论再学习、技术再提高,收到了较好的效果。我们的做法是: 1.能者为师,评教评学。每次
In recent years, due to historical reasons, our physical education teachers’ teams have experienced uneven levels of professionalism. Individual teachers are still very poorly able to meet the needs of the ever-growing physical education. In response to this contradiction, we decided to improve the professional level of serving teachers as an important task.
