随着社会文明的发展,人与社会之间的关系更加透明化,其中最为重要的原因就是网络技术的发达,加入互联网络,它能使原本不认识的一群人,就社会上某一事件进行交流讨论,最终发展形成一种新型媒体及网络媒体。在网络媒体基础上迅速成长起来一股力量网络舆论,它已经深深影响到了我们的政治、经济、司法等各个方面。本文将从网络舆论的实质出发,论证其对国家司法审判监督的正当性。
With the development of social civilization, the relationship between man and society is more transparent. The most important reason is that the development of network technology has joined the Internet.
