目的建立新疆地区正常学龄期儿童最大呼气峰流速正常参考值。方法2006年4~5月,对新疆地区7~16岁学龄期儿童3520名(男1695名,女1825名),采用德国产的MicroPeak峰速仪测量最大呼气峰流速值,同时记录性别、年龄、身高、体重。采用SPSS14.0统计软件进行分析。结果不同性别少年儿童中,最大呼气峰流速值随年龄、身高、体重的增加而增加;最大呼气峰流速值与年龄、身高、体重、性别有很高的相关性。结论建立了最大呼气峰流速值与性别、身高的直线回归方程。呼气峰流速(y)=-342.98+3.94×身高(x1)+26.30×性别(x2)。当知道个体的身高时,即可知道个体的最大呼气峰流速值的预计值。
Objective To establish the normal reference value of the maximum expiratory peak velocity of normal school-age children in Xinjiang. Methods From April to May 2006, 3520 school-age children (1695 males and 1825 females) aged 7-16 years old in Xinjiang were enrolled in this study. The maximum peak expiratory flow rate was measured by a German-made MicroPeak peak velocity meter. At the same time, Age, height, weight. Using SPSS14.0 statistical software for analysis. Results The maximum expiratory peak flow velocity increased with the increase of age, height and weight of children and adolescents with different genders. The maximum expiratory peak flow velocity had a very high correlation with age, height, weight and sex. Conclusions A linear regression equation of maximal expiratory peak velocity, sex and height was established. Peak expiratory flow rate (y) = - 342.98 + 3.94 × height (x1) + 26.30 × gender (x2). When you know the height of an individual, you know the value of the individual’s maximum expiratory peak flow rate.
