劳资关系是马克思、恩格斯重点研究的理论,也是中国特色社会主义政治经济学重点研究的理论之一,后者关注于社会主义制度体系下劳资关系作为一个整体的形成、变化和发展过程。中国特色社会主义政治经济学劳资关系理论根植于马克思劳资关系理论,但又有所继承和发展,并积极吸收和借鉴当代西方马克思主义劳资关系理论的研究成果,主要表现为更加注重劳资关系与其他社会生产关系的互动,并致力于探索当代中国劳资关系的演进规律。其中,研究对象由劳资关系拓展为广义劳动关系将是未来完成的一个重要转变。
The relationship between labor and capital is one of the theories that Marx and Engels focus on. It is also one of the theories that focuses on the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The latter focuses on the process of formation, change and development of labor-capital relations as a whole under the socialist system. The theory of labor-capital relations with Chinese characteristics of political economy is rooted in Marx’s theory of labor-management relations, but inherited and developed, and actively absorb and draw lessons from contemporary western Marxist theory of labor-capital relations research results, mainly manifested in more emphasis on labor-capital relations and other Social relations of production and interaction, and is committed to exploring the evolution of contemporary China’s labor relations law. Among them, the research object from labor relations to generalized labor relations will be completed in the future is an important change.
