应用新型捕收起泡剂NXP - 1,在弱碱性条件下 (pH 8.5～ 9.5 ) ,优先浮铜取得较好指标。小型与工业试验一致表明 ,对比传统工艺条件 ,比乙丁黄药在高碱性条件下 (pH≥ 13)优先浮铜 ,铜回收率显著提高的同时 ,也大幅度地提高了铜精矿品位。新型捕收起泡剂NXP - 1是实现铜硫有效分离的优良药剂之一 ,为同类矿山广泛应用提供了有益的借鉴
Application of a new type of catchable foaming agent NXP - 1, in weak alkaline conditions (pH 8.5 ~ 9.5), give priority to floating copper to obtain better indicators. Small and industrial tests consistently show that, compared with the traditional process conditions, than the butyl yellow drug in the high alkaline conditions (pH ≥ 13) float copper priority, significantly increased copper recovery, but also significantly improve the copper concentrate grade . The new type of catching foaming agent NXP - 1 is one of the excellent agents for the effective separation of copper and sulfur, which provides a useful reference for the wide application of similar mines.
