品牌,说到底,就是一个名称。一个企业的商品在流通(销售)过程中要给它取个名,以资与其它企业的同类商品的区别,这就是品牌。就好像一个人要取名一样,一是与其他人加以区别,二是便于别人称呼。人名有同名同姓之虞,尤其是单名,相同的概率更高。然而品牌一经向工商管理部门注册登记,就受到法律的保护,发现有相同的名称,甚至有雷同或相近似的则不予登记。
