目的比较竹节参与深裂竹根七的挥发性成分。方法分别超声提取竹节参和深裂竹根七,并对提取物用GC-MS联用仪进行测定,峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果从竹节参提取物中鉴定了11种组分,占总峰面积的94.2%;从深裂竹根七提取物中鉴定了9种组分,占总峰面积的78.8%。结论棕榈酸和亚麻酸为两种药材的共有成分,本研究为竹节参和深裂竹根七的综合开发提供了参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To compare the volatile components of bamboo involved in seven parts of bamboo root. Methods Scutellaria barbata and Radix phellodendri spp.were extracted by ultrasound. The extracts were determined by GC-MS and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results Eleven components were identified from the extracts of Scutellaria barbata, accounting for 94.2% of the total peak area. Nine components were identified from seven extracts of Acanthopanax sect., Accounting for 78.8% of the total peak area. Conclusion Palmitic acid and linolenic acid are the common components of the two medicinal materials. This study provides a reference for the comprehensive development of Scutellaria barbata and Radix.
