本文以普通高校的舞蹈基训课教学为切入点,结合科学训练的研究成果,从舞蹈课堂教学中易出现的缺乏充分课前准备活动与课后放松练习、错误与不到位动作易导致损伤、教师易出现经验教学等问题入手,依据科学训练的基本理论来阐述舞蹈基训课教学中科学地热身与放松练习,科学地训练与发展学生身体素质,避免与应对课堂损伤的原则与方法。希望通过本文能让舞蹈教学者和舞蹈学生清晰地认识到一些基础问题,更好地进行教学工作,实现教学目标。
Based on the research results of scientific training, this dissertation, based on the research results of scientific training, lacks adequate preparatory activities and after - class relaxation exercises from the dance class teaching. The mistakes and the inaccurate behaviors easily lead to injury, Teachers are apt to experience teaching and so on. Based on the basic theory of scientific training, this paper expounds the scientific warm-up and relaxation practice in the teaching of basic training of the dance, scientifically training and developing the students’ physical quality, and the principles and methods of avoiding and responding to classroom injuries. I hope that through this article, dance teachers and dance students can clearly recognize some basic problems, carry out teaching work better and achieve their teaching goals.
