实验表明磁流体的磁化强度与制备过程中Fe2+与Fe3+的摩尔比、沉淀时的pH值、熟化温度等条件有密切的关系。此外,氢氧化钠溶液的加入方式、搅拌速度、包封温度、包封时间、油酸钠的用量,中和时的pH值等诸因素对磁化强度也有一定的影响。本文在考虑上述诸因素影响的基础上,得出了磁流体的最佳制备条件,同时对磁流体的一系列物理性质如:磁化强度、沸点、蒸发热、稳定性等进行了测试和讨论。
Experiments show that the magnetization of the magnetic fluid is closely related to the molar ratio of Fe2 + to Fe3 +, the pH value during the precipitation, the curing temperature and other conditions during the preparation. In addition, the addition of sodium hydroxide solution, stirring speed, the encapsulation temperature, encapsulation time, the amount of sodium oleate, neutralization pH and other factors have a certain impact on the magnetization. Based on the above factors, the best preparation conditions of magnetic fluid are obtained. Meanwhile, a series of physical properties of magnetic fluid such as magnetization, boiling point, heat of vaporization, stability and so on are tested and discussed.
