《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》已于2007年6月29日第十届全国人大常委会第28次会议通过,并将于2008年1月1日起正式施行。作为《劳动法》的补充与配合之法,自2005年底公开向社会各界征集意见以来,在社会上引起了广泛的关注和影响,到最后通过已经四易其稿,由此可见立法部门的慎重和这部《劳动合同法》之于社会和民众的息息相关。
The Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China was passed at the 28th meeting of the Tenth National People’s Congress on June 29, 2007 and will come into effect on January 1, 2008. As a supplement and cooperation law of the Labor Law, since the public soliciting opinions from all walks of life since the end of 2005, it has aroused widespread concern and influence in the society.
