急性上消化道出血是消化科临床常见急症之一,需根据出血的病因及部位而采取不同的治疗方法,首先要明确诊断。胃镜作为一种上消化道疾病的检查手段,对上消化道出血的病因及部位的判定直观而准确。我院自开展急诊胃镜检查以来,为指导临床的诊断和治疗提供了可靠的依据。现将1999年7月～2003年6月在我院行急诊胃镜检查的,有资料记载的223例上消化道出血病人情况总结报告如下:
