医院中较为重要的核心竞争力就是医院绩效管理,医院绩效管理的建立以及有效运行能够使医院职工工作的积极性、主动性以及创造性得以提升,医院的核心竞争力也会随之增大。现阶段,各大医院中管理者也逐渐加大了内部管理的力度,但是,仍有一些医院因管理观念较为陈旧,管理方法较为落后,管理水平也相对不高,这就要求医院对其的管理体系能够进一步优化,从而促进医院的有效发展。
The most important core competence in hospitals is hospital performance management. The establishment and effective operation of hospital performance management can promote the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of hospital staff, and the core competitiveness of the hospital will also increase. At this stage, managers in major hospitals have gradually stepped up their internal management efforts.
