城乡可持续发展有利于城乡经济和社会的和谐进步。实现可持续发展的途径有很多,其中劳动力转移是非常重要的一种。本文首先指出劳动力转移理论中新的研究点,然后研究了人力资本、劳动力转移与城乡可持续发展的关系;随后指出人力资本的投入是解决好剩余劳动力高效转移以便实现城乡可持续发展的根本所在;农村劳动力所接受的教育程度越高,其预期收益越高,转移成本越低。
The sustainable development of urban and rural areas is conducive to the urban and rural economic and social harmony and progress. There are many ways to achieve sustainable development, of which labor transfer is a very important one. This paper first points out the new research point in labor transfer theory, and then studies the relationship between human capital, labor force transfer and urban and rural sustainable development. Then it points out that the input of human capital is the fundamental solution to the problem of efficient transfer of surplus labor in order to realize the sustainable development of urban and rural areas ; The higher the education level received by the rural labor force, the higher the expected return and the lower the transfer cost.
