目的:研究地菍提取物对实验性高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。方法:分别以葡萄糖、肾上腺素、链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成小鼠高血糖模型,动物分为空白、模型、阳性药格列苯脲或盐酸二甲双胍、地菍提取物高、中、低(60,40,20 g.kg-1)剂量组,连续ig给药10 d,观察地菍提取物的的降糖作用。同时观察其对正常小鼠血糖的影响。结果:地菍提取物对正常小鼠血糖无影响,对葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠有显著降糖作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),对肾上腺素致小鼠急性高血糖有显著拮抗作用(P<0.01),地菍提取物高、中剂量对STZ致高血糖小鼠有显著降糖作用(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:地菍提取物有显著的降血糖作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Dioscorea zingiberensis on blood glucose in experimental hyperglycemic mice. Methods: The models of hyperglycemia were induced by glucose, epinephrine and streptozotocin (STZ) respectively. Animals were divided into blank, model, positive drug glibenclamide or metformin hydrochloride, high, medium and low (60,40,20 g.kg-1) dose group, continuous ig administration for 10 days to observe the hypoglycemic effect of the extract of Dioscorea nipponica. At the same time observe the impact on the normal mice blood glucose. Results: Dihuang extract had no effect on the blood glucose of normal mice, had a significant hypoglycemic effect on glucose-induced hyperglycemic mice (P <0.05, P <0.01), and had a significant antagonistic effect on the acute hyperglycemia induced by adrenaline P <0.01). The high and medium doses of extract of Dioscorea zingiberensis had a significant hypoglycemic effect on STZ-induced hyperglycemic mice (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Dihuang extract has a significant hypoglycemic effect.
