为探讨种植年限对土壤微生物的影响,分析土壤质量退化的原因,选取昆明郊区切花玫瑰连作土壤,分析测定不同种植年限连作土壤可培养微生物数量的变化。结果表明:切花玫瑰连作会对土壤微生物区系产生显著影响,细菌数量逐渐减少,真菌数量逐渐增加,土壤有从“细菌型”向“真菌型”转变的趋势;土壤细菌和放线菌数量与种植年限间呈极显著负相关,真菌数量与种植年限间呈极显著正相关。可见,切花玫瑰连作会破坏土壤微生物区系平衡,严重阻碍土壤的可持续开发与利用。
In order to explore the effect of planting years on soil microorganisms and analyze the reasons of soil quality degradation, the change of cuttable rose in soil in Kunming suburbs was selected to analyze the changes of the number of cultivable microorganisms in continuous cropping of different planting years. The results showed that cut rose continuous cropping could significantly affect soil microflora, the number of bacteria decreased gradually, the number of fungi gradually increased, the soil changed from “bacteria” to “fungi”; soil bacteria and release There was a significant negative correlation between the number of filamentous fungi and planting years, and the number of fungi was significantly and positively correlated with the planting years. Can be seen that cut flowers and roses will destroy the balance of soil microbial flora, seriously hindered the sustainable development and utilization of soil.
