测井地质学是地球物理测井学科的一门新分科,它是地球物理测井与沉积学、构造地质学、石油地质学相结合的一门学科。它依据测井原理和上述地质学科的原理,应用测井信息研究地下地质情况。国外有些学者将这一类研究称为“应用地下地层学”。但笔者认为,应用地下地层学与测井地质学在研究手段上有一定的区别,前者比后者广泛得多,就研究领域来说,后者比前者有着更为宽广的范围。测井地质学涉及到测井原理、运用物理学、数学等基础理论;当应用测井资料解释
Logging geology is a new subdivision of the geophysical logging discipline. It is a discipline combining geophysical logging with sedimentology, structural geology, and petroleum geology. It is based on the principle of well logging and geology of the above disciplines, the application of logging information to study the underground geological conditions. Some foreign scholars call this type of study “the application of underground stratigraphy.” However, I believe that the application of underground stratigraphy and logging geology in the study of means there are some differences, the former is much broader than the latter, in terms of research, the latter has a broader range than the former. Logging geology involves logging principles and uses basic theories such as physics and mathematics. When applying logging data to explain
