县域中的青年精英群体是推动乡村振兴的重要力量.随着工业化与城镇化的快速发展,当代县域青年分化为留乡务工者、在外务工者、返乡大学生与在外大学生四个重要群体.其中,返乡大学生凭借丰富的文化资本与较高的职业地位成为县域社会中的主要乡村精英,在乡村振兴中发挥重要作用.然而,乡村精英的生成机制典型表现为精英再生产——教育精英与职业精英的双重再生产,这无疑阻碍了县域精英的生成与流动.因此,需要打破县域精英再生产的特殊逻辑,进一步推动县域的教育与就业公平,培养并吸引更多县域青年精英投身乡村振兴事业.
本文选取媒介场域作为观察青年文化反哺媒介化转向的新视角,从场域空间的媒介体验、惯习催生的媒介逻辑、资本生产的媒介文化三个维度,剖析青年文化反哺媒介化转向的社会机理.研究认为,媒介化是青年文化反哺的时代品格,呈现从器物拥有到消费文化、从同辈群体到网络圈群、从适应社会到更新社会的实践路向,是青年在媒介体验、媒介逻辑和媒介文化层面的生动实践.未来要通过对话与契洽实现家庭系统的代际和谐,通过变革与突围推动学校教育的再出发,通过互释与引领去把握青年文化的脉动,构建和实现青年文化哺育的发展图景.
