本文通过具有代表性的热能平衡流程介绍,从燃料和动力方面考虑不同球团系统的能量需要。其中有带式焙烧机系统中焙烧段的部分计算及链芘机一回转窑有关热平衡的实际测量值和理论值的比较,也探讨了各球团系统的动力使用情况及有关将来可能的能量节约问题。
This article describes the energy requirements of different pellet systems from a fuel and power perspective through a representative thermal balance process. The calculation of the roasting section in the belt roaster system and the comparison of the actual measured value and the theoretical value of the heat balance in the first rotary kiln with a pyrene machine also examined the power usage of the pelletizing systems and possible future energy savings problem.
