深圳地铁汇通大厦采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒双重抗侧力体系,外围框架柱底部24层采用型钢混凝土柱;工程西侧裙房为20m大跨结构,东侧裙房悬挑为10m,塔楼北侧7~13层设置斜柱。介绍项目的结构体系、结构整体设计指标,并对多程序的计算结果进行分析对比。整体结构及构件设计融入了性能化设计思想,主要抗侧力构件满足中震不屈服(关键构件在中震作用下保持弹性)的设计目标,对W形钢管柱、空腹桁架、斜柱受力进行了细致分析,并对结构进行大震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析,结构各项指标满足抗震性能化及规范的要求。
