本府六七两月份主要工作,在财经方面召开了以商品为主的各种专业会议,兹将会议情况及收获综合报告如下:今年年初本府根据中央的指示结合天津财经情况,确定了本市今年度的财经工作中心为:「推动城乡交流,用以发展对外贸易与工农业生产,并由此着手加强财经工作的计划性」。关于这一工作的推动方法,决定自召开各种以商品为主的专业会议入手,要求通过专业会议了解有关商品的产销情况,制订产销计划,自四月廿五日至七月底止,十六个专业会议已经先后召开完毕的有国药、棉织品、蛋品、草帽辫、农杂具、皮毛羊衣及马尾、五金机器农具、油脂油料、日用百货业等九个会议。
