通过室内岩心细菌流动实验,从细菌浓度、注入压差、细菌繁殖三个方面讨论了细菌对岩石渗透率的伤害,认为随注入浓度和时间的增加,细菌会造成岩心降渗率下降;对低渗透储集层注水开发,要重视储集层对微生物的敏感性;细菌在地层中生长和繁殖造成了孔喉堵塞,降低地层吸水指数,这一结论对油田生产有一定的指导意义。
Through the bacteria flow experiment in indoor core, the damage of bacteria to rock permeability was discussed from three aspects: bacterial concentration, injection pressure difference and bacteria multiplication. It was considered that the bacteria decreased the core infiltration rate with the increase of injection concentration and time; Permeate reservoir water injection development, we should pay attention to reservoir sensitivity to microorganisms; bacterial growth and propagation in the formation of pore throat caused by plugging, reducing the water absorption index of the formation, the conclusion of the oilfield production has some guiding significance.
