对接周边区域快速发展的轨道交通运输产业,创新校企合作育人机制,深化“三双、两全、一半”专业人才培养模式改革;构建以轨道交通运营管理工作过程为导向、典型工作任务为载体、强调培养职业能力培养的课程体系。以培养轨道交通业高素质高技能人才为核心,以基于工作过程系统化课程为载体,将职业素养贯穿于人才培养全过程,全方位提高学生的职业技能和职业素养,试图探索一条以校企合作为主、具有可操作性的适应轨道发展需要的高技能人才培养之路。
