本文通过分析本公司新疆加工中心所处社会生态、加工工艺、设备特点、劳动力资源及加工作业存在的潜在问题,提出用管理带班长制度取代以往承包制的运行管理方案。经近年实际运行结果表明,种子加工必须结合当地人员、技术特点等诸多因素进行综合、全面、系统的分析,因地制宜、创新管理,才能保质保量完成种子加工任务、规避风险,同时达到节支增效的目的。
