需要做的工作太多太多,当务之急可能大家最多的是说要规范等问题。说起规范,我个人认为应该是;先从行业认识上开始,标识公司的老板和领导队团有没有对这个行为有很深的了解,有没有让员工也了解自己在做什么,未来公司会成为什么,还有专业技能,设计水平,市场分析,主打产品,品牌的重视,很多很多,我听到最多的是很多同行在抱怨说;生意不好做,要改行了,很多业务让那些不专业的人把价格弄乱了,市场不好做了,我试问;你说别人不专业,你的专业在哪里,你知道什么?会做什么?能做什么?
