习近平总书记在参加十二届全国人大二次会议期间提出了“三严三实”要求,强调党员干部特别是各级领导干部要在修身、用权、律己三个方面严格要求自己,在谋事、创业、做人三个方面脚踏实地,这一要求的提出受到了广大党员干部的一致认可。“三严三实”是为了适应全面从严治党新常态提出的,是党员干部的修身、从政、成事之要,为加强作风建设、从严管理干部提供了一把标尺。
