建立载金树脂物料中的铝、镁、锰、锶4种元素的分析检测方法。采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸加热体系对试样进行溶解,并通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定铝、锰、镁、锶元素的含量。实验结果表明,20 g/t的载金树脂物料中铝、锰、镁、锶元素的质量分数分别为4 014、1 802、193.5、109.5μg/g,精密度实验的相对标准偏差为1.07%~3.29%,加标回收率为95.00%~104.40%。该方法快速、准确、稳定,适用于载金树脂物料中铝、锰、镁、锶元素的测定。
To establish a method for the analysis and determination of 4 elements of aluminum, magnesium, manganese and strontium in gold-bearing resin material. Hydrochloric acid - nitric acid - hydrofluoric acid heating system was used to dissolve the sample, and the contents of aluminum, manganese, magnesium and strontium were simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The experimental results show that the mass fractions of aluminum, manganese, magnesium and strontium in the 20 g / t gold-loaded resin material are respectively 4 014,1 802,193.5 and 109.5 μg / g, the relative standard deviations of the precision experiment are 1.07% ~ 3.29%, the recoveries were 95.00% ~ 104.40%. The method is rapid, accurate and stable and is suitable for the determination of aluminum, manganese, magnesium and strontium in gold-bearing resin materials.
