用超细 Sephadex G—25分离国产胸腺肽制剂,得到9个主要峰,经用流式细胞仪检测 MIL—2R阳性细胞率证实,组份Ⅲ为增强免疫反应的主要成分。
Separation of domestic thymosin preparations by ultrafine Sephadex G-25 resulted in 9 main peaks. The detection of MIL-2R-positive cells by flow cytometry confirmed that component Ⅲ was the main component of enhancing immune response.
