随着经济全球化的不断深入发展,国际之间的商业往来也变得更加频繁起来。对于企业来说这既是机遇也是挑战,面对不同文化背景地区的人们,如何做好市场营销工作对企业的销售发展就显得十分重要了。但面对不同文化的挑战,企业要做好迎接困难的准备同时也要有足够的信心做好市场营销工作,本文指出了企业在跨文化营销所要面临的挑战并根据这些挑战提出了相应的解决策略,希望能够为跨国企业的营销工作起到一定的促进作用。
With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, commercial exchanges between countries have also become more frequent. For businesses, this is both an opportunity and a challenge. Faced with people from different cultural backgrounds, how to do a good marketing job is very important to the sales and marketing of an enterprise. However, facing the challenges of different cultures, enterprises should make preparations for meeting the difficulties and at the same time have enough confidence to do marketing work.
