宏发炼钢厂180 t转炉及相关炼钢设备,在已运行的2个炉役中,复吹技术由于其底吹供气元件寿命低等问题,一直没有很好发挥功能。通过对底吹系统及工艺的改造优化,1、2号炉已经过3个多月的运行,获得了良好的复吹效果。沙钢宏发炼钢厂1、2号转炉的复吹技术优化改造使沙钢的复吹技术应用达到国内先进水平。
In the two furnaces already in operation, the 180t BOF converter and related steelmaking equipment of Hongfa Steelmaking Plant did not function well because of the low life of the bottom blown air supply components. Through the optimization of bottom blowing system and process modification, No. 1 and No. 2 furnaces have been operated for more than three months, and have obtained good complex blowing effect. The optimization of the double blowing technology of No. 1 and No. 2 BF of Sha Steel’s Hongfa Steel Mill made the application of double blowing technology of Shagang reach the advanced domestic level.
