关于肾近端小管上皮细胞缺血损伤后的一般超微结构变化已有详细报道,但尚未见到对其在电镜下质膜通透性改变的观察和描述。我们结合EDX电镜分析技术,应用镧(La)标记细胞化学方法,在细胞水平显示了肾近端小管(PT)细胞缺血损伤后的质膜通透性改变。 1 材料与方法 1.1 动物模型 本实验采用SD雄性大鼠,体重200~250g。实验前禁食一夜。动物分为3组,每组2~3只动物。(1)正常对照组;(2)70min缺血
General ultrastructural changes of renal proximal tubular epithelial cells after ischemic injury have been reported in detail, but no observation or description of their changes in plasma membrane permeability under electron microscopy has been reported. In combination with EDX electron microscopy, we used lanthanum (La) labeled cytochemistry to demonstrate plasma membrane permeability changes at the cellular level following ischemia-reperfusion injury in renal proximal tubular (PT) cells. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 animal model SD male rats in this experiment, weighing 200 ~ 250g.
