公司6月2日发布公告,证监会核准公司向北京首都旅游集团有限责任公司发行股份购买相关资产。6月9日公司发布《发行股份购买资产暨关联交易报告书》。
The company issued an announcement on June 2 that the CSRC approved the issuance of shares by the company to Beijing Capital Tourism Group Co., Ltd. to purchase the relevant assets. On June 9, the Company released the “Report on the Share Issuance of Assets and Related Party Transactions”.
