制备两种不同Mo含量耐火钢,研究其组织和力学性能。结果表明:耐火钢空冷组织为铁素体+珠光体,水冷组织为铁素体+贝氏体。耐火钢室温和600℃力学性能、冲击功均满足建筑钢要求。空冷钢力学性能低于水冷钢,Mo的高温强化作用可由微合金元素强化替代,空冷钢冲击功高于水冷钢。
Two kinds of refractory steel with different Mo content were prepared and their microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the air-cooled microstructure of the refractory steel is ferrite + pearlite, and the water-cooled microstructure is ferrite + bainite. The mechanical properties of air-cooled steel is lower than that of water-cooled steel.
