为了掌握砂布轮抛光工艺参数对抛光力的影响规律,提高抛光质量,设计了四因素三水平正交试验,利用试验结果建立了抛光力预测模型,验证了模型的显著性;分析了工艺参数对抛光力耦合影响规律,结果表明:抛光力随砂布轮初始半径和粒度的减小而增大,随转速和压缩量的增大而增大;对叶片进气边的抛光实验效果表明:通过控制压缩量可以获得稳定的抛光力,进而获得理想的抛光效果。
In order to grasp the influence law of buffing process parameters on buffing force and improve the polishing quality, a four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was designed. Based on the experimental results, the prediction model of buffing force was established to verify the significance of the model. The results show that the polishing force increases with the decrease of the initial radius and particle size of the emery cloth wheel and increases with the increase of the rotational speed and the amount of compression. The results of the polishing experiments on the inlet side of the blade show that: The amount of compression can be stable polishing power, and then get the ideal polishing effect.
