大豆对大豆线虫的抗性遗传是很复杂的。本研究是以抗病和感病品种(系)间所作的5个不同杂交组合的F_1、F_2及F_3植株在温室中进行大豆线虫抗性鉴定。单株寄生指数作为抗性或感病的分类指标。应用X~2测验法测定了观察值与期望值之间的相符程度。研究结果表明,对大豆线虫生理小种3的抗性是由每个亲本中的一对显性基因和两对隐性基因控制。‘Peking’
The resistance inheritance of soybean to soybean nematode is very complicated. In this study, F_1, F_2 and F_3 plants of five different cross combinations of disease-resistant and susceptible cultivars (lines) were identified for resistance to soybean nematode in greenhouse. Single plant parasitic index as a resistance or susceptibility classification index. X ~ 2 test method was used to determine the correspondence between the observed value and the expected value.
